User Data Deletion Instructions
PT Katalis Kreasi Teknologi is committed to ensuring full transparency and user privacy in strict compliance with Meta Platform Terms, Meta Developer Policies, and international data protection laws (including GDPR and Indonesian Personal Data Protection Law No. 27 of 2022).
As required by Meta for applications utilizing Facebook Login, the WhatsApp Business Platform, or Meta Graph API, this page provides step-by-step instructions on how users can revoke application access and request the permanent deletion of their personal data stored by our applications.
1Revoking Application Access from Your Meta / Facebook Account
If you have connected your Facebook account or Meta services with an application developed by PT Katalis Kreasi Teknologi and wish to remove its permissions, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Facebook account using a web browser or the official Facebook mobile app.
- Navigate to your profile menu in the top right corner, select Settings & Privacy, and then click Settings.
- In the left-hand navigation sidebar, select Apps and Websites.
- Locate the application published by PT Katalis Kreasi Teknologi (or your specific integrated app).
- Click the Remove button next to the application name to revoke all permissions and disconnect the app from your Meta profile.
- Optionally select the checkbox to delete posts, videos, or events published on your behalf, and click Remove to confirm.
2Requesting Permanent Data Deletion from Our Servers
Revoking the app in Facebook settings ceases future data exchange. To request the permanent erasure of personal data, WhatsApp Business logs, phone numbers, or authentication tokens previously stored on PT Katalis Kreasi Teknologi servers, submit a formal deletion request via email:

User Data Deletion Request - Meta App - [Your Name] - Required Identification Details:
- Your full name and company/client name (if applicable).
- Registered email address linked to the service.
- Facebook User ID (App-Scoped ID / ASUID) or WhatsApp Business phone number / WABA ID (if applicable).
- A brief statement: “I request the complete and permanent deletion of all personal data and metadata associated with PT Katalis Kreasi Teknologi applications.”
Processing Schedule & Confirmation Code
Request Verification
Our security team verifies account ownership within 24 to 48 business hours of receiving the email.
Data Purge
Personal identifiers, cached webhook messages, and tokens are permanently purged from all production databases within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
Official Confirmation
You will receive an official confirmation email containing a unique Data Deletion Confirmation Code verifying completion.
Data Classification: Deleted vs. Retained
Upon completion of the deletion process:
- Permanently Deleted Data: Full name, email address, contact phone numbers, WhatsApp Business Account ID (WABA), encrypted API access tokens, message payloads, and webhook event logs.
- Limited Statutory Exceptions: Invoiced financial records or legal tax receipts required under Indonesian statutory tax laws are retained strictly for mandatory auditing purposes and will not be utilized for any operational or marketing activities.
